We are a youth-driven, philanthropic initiative from Tripura that believes technology is not just for classrooms — it’s for changing lives. Our objective is to create a vibrant space where young learners, dreamers, and doers from the Northeastern states can explore tech, build skills, and unlock opportunities that shape their future. ProgVeda Community is completely Not-for-Profit personal (till now) initiative which is completely free for Students of eight North Eastern States of India (Namely, Tripura, Assam, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim). Though at the core, ProgVeda Community is for "Eight Sisters" of India, it equally welcomes the tech aspirants of rest of India and the world at large.

ProgVeda Community Mission

1. Democratize Learning:
   • Provide free online and offline opportunities to learn emerging technologies.
   • Simplify complex tech concepts for high school students, graduates, and working professionals.
2. Foster Innovation and Creativity:
   • Encourage ideation through hackathons, challenges, and community projects.
   • Incubate technology-based solutions that address regional and global challenges.
3. Enable Career Pathways:
   • Offer structured career guidance and mentorship for technology enthusiasts.
   • Organize workshops on interview preparation, resume building, and industry readiness.
4. Strengthen Start-up Ecosystem:
   • Nurture entrepreneurial ideas from the grassroots level.
   • Support aspiring founders in building and scaling start-ups aligned with regional opportunities.
5. Promote Regional Inclusion:
   • Bring together voices from all Eight North Eastern states into a collaborative community.
   • Create opportunities that are sensitive to the socio-cultural context of the region.
